recognition for engineered wood products. An accomplished sales strategist and marketer,
her vision and expertise in business performance have driven notable sales growth in the
engineered wood products sectors. She has been featured as the keynote speaker at
numerous international wood products conferences and her achievements are widely known

Growing up in the small town of Cottage
Grove, Oregon, she followed in her father’s
footsteps and went to the work in the forest
products industry, becoming one of the leading
female sales and marketing executives in
engineered wood products. Toni managed to
become successful by going to the “School of
Hard Knocks” and worked her way up in the
industry where she has been at the top of her
game for many years.

Toni has extensively traveled the world developing new markets
for her products and at the same time managed to seek an
adventure or two along the way. From bungee jumping in
Australia and New Zealand, castle and pub crawls in Scotland
or climbing a waterfall in Jamaica she manages to enjoy her

Toni splits her time between Rockaway
Beach, Oregon and Cabo San Lucas,
Mexico, where she and her husband

They have five children and 3
grandchildren between them and a fourth
grandchild on the way.
